A representative legendary figure in Vietnamese culture, historicized as a real person named Nguyễn Tuấn (son of Nguyễn Cao Hanh and Đinh Thị Điên at Lăng Xương cave by the Mã River), who married Princess Ngọc Hoa, daughter of King Hùng Duệ Vương, earned merit fighting the Thục army, and was offered the throne but advised the king to pass it to Thục Phán to unite Lạc Việt and Âu Việt into the kingdom of Âu Lạc.
